Landlords require us to take a refundable damage deposit. At the end of your stay, you must
leave the apartment in the same condition as when you moved in.
The cost of repairing any damage by the tenant, will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Further Terms:
On the day of arrival, you should first come to our office to sign the rent agreement
and pay the full price of the rent and the damage deposit. One of our agents will then
take you to the property where we will ask you to sign a copy of the inventory. If you will
be arriving outside of office hours, please contact Letís Go Argentina in advance to make
alternative checkin arrangements.
If you decide to extend you stay you should contact Letís Go Argentina as soon as possible
to check the availability of property for the extended period. If the property is still
available, we would advise you to sign a new contract for the extended period as soon
as possible to ensure that no one else books it.
Payments for accommodation (other than the damage deposits) is non-refundable.
If you decide to shorten the length of your stay, previously made payments will not be refunded.
For this reason, we recommend that you book accommodation for the minimum length of time that you
will be staying at property, and then extend the rental period if you decide to extend your stay.
For some medium/long term rent agreements (several months),
we can arrange for your payments to be made on a monthly basis.
If you decide to terminate such a contract before the end of
the rental period, the rent deposit will be retained as compensation.
All landlords have the right to decide not to allow tenants
into their properties. In the event that this occurs, we will
make alternative arrangements for you.
ID in the form of a passport or national ID card must be provided
by you prior to moving into the property. The use of the property
by more than the number of allowed persons will result in the
immediate termination of the rent agreement.
